menu berbuka puasa : Lamb kebab

Assalamualaikum.

How u guys doin? Lately ni I ada free time nk berblogging. I had to stay at home until full recovery. For those yg taw I skt ape tu, diam2 je la ye.huhu.

For the mean time, byk persiapan kena buat menjelang raya ni.chewaahh! kuiih raya nk kena buat, bile nk buka je mula la fikir makanan sdp2.hehe. so here’s a piece of wat I did yesterday.

Hari2 makan nasi buka puasa boring jugak kan. So I decide nk buat something different. And memandangkan I ni peminat tegar lamb, I decide nk buat….

LAMB KEBAB

Senang je u ols.tutup mate pn da siap. And rasa dia…marvellous lah uols! Semua org request I buat lg.ngehehe. nk cuba? Jom! I x lokek recipe.hehe.bahan2 die pn simple je.. ^_^

What do u need?

- Boneless lamb (12oz) cut into cubes

- Lidi mcm nk cucuk sate (7-15cm)

- 1 red bell pepper cut into cubes

- 1 yellow bell pepper cut into cubes

- 1 big onion cut layer by layer


Ingredients for marinade?

- 1 ½ ts olive oil.(if xd,minyak biasa pn boleh)

- 1 ½ ts lemon juice

- 1-2 ts paprika(add more if u want it more spicy)

- 1 ts cili blend/chilli flakes

- ½ ts jintan putih(cumin seeds)

- ¼ bwg merah

- 2 cloves garlic

- ¼ ts salt

- 1 ts chopped fresh parsley(if xd, parsley flakes pn boleh)

- 1 ts pepper



Steps?

1. Campurkan semua brg2 marinade,lumurkan atas lamb, and keep it in ur fridge minimum 1 hour.kalau semalaman lg best.

2. After marinade siap, keluarkan lamb dri fridge.

3. Prepare lamb,pepper and onion.

4. Cucuk lamb, pepper and onion dgn keadaan selang seli.

5. Prepare the oven for 170 degrees with 15-20minutes timer and masukkan lamb yg dah disediakan td.

And wallah!siap dah! Sedia dimakan! ^_^
